Tomlin project managed over 15 Tesco hypermarkets and shopping malls all over Hungary with the approx. total area of 40,000 m2. under the project management of Tomlin.
The projects were mainly green field new developments but several shops units were created also in existing buildings. Tomlin was the designer and the project manager of a pilot project which significantly reduced the construction cost, shortened the implementation time and a part of the plans became blue prints for future projects.
